Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases and vendor bookings made for Highland Realms Comic Con (“the Event”).

By purchasing a ticket, booking a vendor space, or registering through our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

General Refund Policy

All tickets and vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the event that Highland Realms Comic Con (Loch & Lore Events) cancels the Event.

This policy is in place due to the costs involved in organising and operating the Event.

Attendee Tickets

All attendee tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

No refunds will be issued for:

Change of plans
Illness or personal circumstances
Travel or accommodation issues
Failure to attend
Weather conditions

Event Changes

Changes to:

Guests
Programming
Schedules
Venue layout

do not entitle ticket holders to a refund, provided the Event still takes place.

Vendor Fees

Vendor fees are non-refundable once paid.

This includes cancellations by the vendor for any reason.

Failure to Attend

Failure to attend or set up a stall does not entitle a vendor to a refund.
Vendor spaces left unused will not be refunded or credited.

Removal From The Event

Any violation of the vendor agreement, including the display and selling of merchandise made with AI, may result in a vendor's removal from the event. This does not entitle the vendor to a refund of fees paid.

Event Cancellation by Us

If Highland Realms Comic Con (Loch & Lore Events) cancels the Event in full:

Attendees will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price paid
Vendors will be eligible for a refund of the vendor fee paid

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

We are not responsible for:

Travel costs
Accommodation costs
Loss of earnings
Other expenses incurred as a result of cancellation

Postponement or Rescheduling

If the Event is postponed or rescheduled:

Tickets and vendor bookings may remain valid for the new date
Refunds are not guaranteed unless the Event is fully cancelled

Details will be communicated via email and our website.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in:

Cancellation of tickets or vendor bookings
Refusal of entry to the Event
Exclusion from future events

If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
