Volunteer Application
We're looking for some responsible humans, 16 and over, to help us make HRCC the best it can be! We need people in the following roles:

General Minion - people to run around and do whatever is asked of them (fetching drinks and snacks for vendors, passing messages, etc).

Registration/Check-in Desk - checking tickets and handing out badges, as well as selling tickets.

Booth Minion - someone to sit at tables for vendors to allow them to have a break or participate in a panel, etc. This may or may not involve selling items, it will be up to the vendor.

Workshops/Gaming/Panel Minion - helping the people in these areas with whatever they need.

Silent Auction Minion - Keep an eye on the donated art for the auction and assist people with placing bids.
We have two shifts available, each allows assisting with setup or teardown and 4 hours work at the con. The other 4 hours of the con are yours to do with as you please! Your badge is valid all day, though we ask that you don't wear your minion shirt when not on duty. The shifts are:

8:00am - 2:00pm

2:00pm - 8:00pm
We will do our best to accommodate scheduling and task choices, though it may not always be possible.
